Descripción del empleo

Equipment Technician

1. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition.
2. Conduct calibration of measuring equipment.
3. Provide solutions to abnormalities identified through maintenance cards.
4. Contribute to the 5S methodology for workplace organization.
5. Maintain machinery following OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) standards.
6. Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
7. Generate a list of critical spare parts and consumables.
8. Follow up on spare parts purchase orders.
9. Adhere to Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) guidelines.
10. Support the production line focusing on priorities set by the manufacturing team.
