The Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow two teams of engineers responsible for two of Arketa’s four core product lines. This is a highly impactful role where you’ll balance leadership and technical guidance, working closely with Product and Design to deliver features that directly shape the future of wellness.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers working across two product lines.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to define strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
• Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of features while balancing quality, scalability, and speed.
• Collaborate with other engineering managers to align technical direction across all product lines.
• Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and growing top engineering talent.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
