A global technology distributor is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee technical consulting activities and manage engineering and quality teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading quality assurance processes, and developing measures to improve processes. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a strong background in quality systems. Oversees technical consulting activities within assigned scope of responsibility for one or more of the following processes: integration services, project services, solutions desk and business development. Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands. Optimizes facilities utilization, process execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations. Provides leadership, coordination and work content for teams responsible for developing, evaluating, analyzing, revising, applying and deploying technical quality assurance tools, methods and appropriate work content. Provides oversight and direction regarding assigned team, financial and operational activities.
