Formación

  • 3–5+ years of experience in endpoint security engineering or related role.

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to strengthen our organization’s endpoint protection posture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions, with a preference for expertise in CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. This role will collaborate closely with Security Operations, IT Infrastructure, and Incident Response teams to ensure our endpoint environment is secure, monitored, and aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain endpoint security tools, policies, and best practices.

  • Administer and optimize EDR platforms—preferably CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

  • Monitor alerts, analyze suspicious activity, and support threat detection and response efforts.

  • Develop and maintain endpoint hardening standards and configuration baselines.

  • Conduct regular health checks, tuning, and performance reviews for security agents and policies.

  • Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to triage and remediate security incidents.

  • Automate security tasks and reporting using scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

  • Assist with vulnerability management, including remediation tracking and coordination with IT teams.

  • Provide subject matter expertise for endpoint-related security initiatives and projects.

  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and security architecture.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in endpoint security engineering or related cybersecurity role.

  • Hands-on experience with EDR platforms, including CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

  • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and/or Linux endpoint security architecture.

  • Experience analyzing threats, logs, and alerts in EDR or SIEM solutions.

  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK techniques and endpoint threat detection methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CrowdStrike CCFA/CCFR/CCFH, Microsoft SC-200, CompTIA CySA+).
