Una empresa líder en tecnología de agua busca un SAP Master Data Engineer para colaborar en la configuración y soporte técnico de sistemas SAP. Este rol requiere experiencia en procesos de negocio y habilidades avanzadas en inglés. El candidato adecuado tendrá un título en tecnología de la información o un campo relacionado y deberá demostrar sólidos conocimientos en la integración de sistemas. El trabajo se desarrollará en la planta de Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Formación

• 4 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
• Conocimiento en la integración de procesos de negocio con sistemas SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con el equipo SAP para ofrecer soluciones técnicas y resolver problemas.
• Proporcionar capacitación y soporte para usuarios finales de SAP.
• Configurar y corregir sistemas en la planta de Monterrey.

Visión general

Responsabilidades

SAP Master Data Engineer apply their business process knowledge to configure SAP systems. They support business needs, customize SAP programs to perform specific business processes and provide technical support and manage training.

• Collaborating with the SAP team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.
• Providing SAP end-user training and support.
• Complying with industry regulations.
• Configuration and system corrections (Monterrey plant, different areas).
• Support for annual cost run.
• Support for backlog resolution.
• Support for scanning and shipping‑related issues.
• Monitoring of Master Data in general for plant 756.
• Creation of new SKUs (manufacturing and procurement).
• Expansion of FGs (Finished Goods) in various plant locations.
• Creation of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and addition of download locations.
• Creation of process routes in SAP along with the Product Version.
• Maintaining updated MRP views (purchasing and manufacturing components).
• Support and tracking implementation of ECN for plant 756.
• Create and setup until Product Version new PN for internal processes in SAP.
• Communicate internal plant decisions for the ECN implementation.
• Update status and date of the ECN in SAP.
• Tracking / implementation of ECNs. Support the design, implementation and support of Big Data, Analytics, HANA and Cloud solutions for SAP customers.
• Support SAP HANA modelling efforts and provide Analytics recommendations in the development of new solutions as well as the improvement of existing solutions for SAP customers.

Requisitios

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or in a related field preferred.

4 years of experience.

• Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
• Advanced English speaking.
