This role requires 5+ years of experience in Amazon PPC, with a strong record of managing over $200K monthly ad spends and driving profitable growth. The ideal candidate will lead a team of PPC specialists and utilize various tools to analyze performance and maintain KPIs effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and make significant impacts on advertising strategies.

Formación

  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience.
  • Proven experience managing $200K+ monthly Amazon ad spend.
  • Demonstrated success scaling high-budget Amazon PPC campaigns profitably.
  • Strong leadership experience managing PPC teams.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).

We help US businesses hire top-tier remote marketing professionals from various countries, and we are urgently hiring experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager (Amazon Focus) leaders to manage and scale high-budget Amazon advertising accounts.

You will work directly with the business and lead Amazon PPC strategy end-to-end. This role is ideal for a proven Amazon PPC expert who has managed large-scale, high-budget campaigns and consistently driven profitable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale paid advertising strategies across Amazon and future marketplaces.
  • Manage Sponsored Product, Brand, Display, and DSP campaigns via Amazon Seller Central.
  • Oversee large Amazon PPC budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong ROAS.
  • Use tools such as Adtomic, Xnurta, and Scale Insights to optimize bids and budgets.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, keywords, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze performance data daily to maintain KPIs including ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS.
  • Troubleshoot and rapidly optimize underperforming campaigns.
  • Mentor, manage, and develop a team of PPC specialists with clear performance targets.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon advertising trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats (SD, SB, SP, DSP, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Creative, Content, Brand, Operations, and Inventory teams.
  • Align advertising efforts with stock levels, product launches, and broader business goals.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing spend, performance, and insights.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience.
  • Proven experience managing $200K+ monthly Amazon ad spend.
  • Demonstrated success scaling high-budget Amazon PPC campaigns profitably.
  • Strong leadership experience managing PPC teams.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel (reporting & analytics).
  • Experience with Amazon PPC tools (Adtomic, Helium 10, DSP platforms).
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
