A global athletic apparel brand is seeking a Director of Wholesale to lead commercial strategies in Mexico. This role involves managing a high-performing team, executing growth plans, and optimizing business performance across various retail partners. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in leadership within the Sporting Goods or Consumer Goods sectors and must be fluent in both Spanish and English. We are looking for a world-class commercial leader to elevate Under Armour’s performance in Mexico. The Director of Wholesale will own the full commercial engine across all channels, delivering sustainable, profitable growth in one of UA’s most important international markets.

As a key member of the Mexico leadership team, this role partners cross-functionally to bring clarity, structure, and world-class customer engagement, strengthening Under Armour’s position across the country.
