A luxury hotel in Cancun is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the department, driving guest experiences and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality and a strong understanding of market dynamics. Responsibilities include leading sales strategies, working closely with various departments, and engaging community relationships to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Previous experience in hotel openings is highly preferred, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a strong asset.

The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. Is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue‑generating departments to achieve optimal occupancy, growth in existing accounts, and generating new business, all to maximize total revenue and meet/exceed hotel profit objectives.
