Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of approximately 20 coaches and an Associate Director
  • Facilitate communication with families to share student progress and address concerns; ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide individualized summaries and recommendations in meetings with families
  • Oversee the program's curriculum and development; create and deliver ongoing training and evaluation
  • Track program deliverables, timeline, and coach performance
  • Management and organization of the student pipeline
  • Serve as advisor and facilitate classes for a small number of students
  • Collaborate with Academic, Pathways, Sales, and Operations team members; participate in sales and marketing events
  • Additional duties as required
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday 9am-7pm - CST / México City
  • Occasional weekend / evening activities or events
  • April start date
Location

Online (with some opportunity for in-person activity depending upon the Director's location)
