Description

The Director HR Systems role supports all systems‑based infrastructure, design and strategic planning for Human Resources in Latin America. The HR Systems scope includes direct ownership of the key HR Systems in the region. The Director HR Systems role also has responsibility for supporting regional processes and data in global HR systems that are directly fed from the core systems.

Requirements

• University degree (business management or equivalent) or related experience
• Bi‑lingual skills (English and Spanish)
• Knowledge of process design methodologies, project management methodologies and testing protocols
• Experience in human resources, payroll or related field
• Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, project schedules, financial justifications, etc.
• Experience in people management either directly or through project work: mentoring, leading and developing people
• Multi‑country HR experience
