A medical communications agency is seeking a Director, Client Partner to strategically manage a portfolio in Medical Affairs and Education. You will lead client relationships, translate scientific strategy into solutions, and oversee account performance. Ideal candidates have a strong scientific background and proven success in client management within healthcare settings. The Director, Client Partner serves as the strategic owner for a portfolio of Medical Affairs and Medical Education clients. This is client-facing role is for someone who brings a strong scientific foundation, excels in high-quality communication, and is energized by growing relationships and revenue.
This role will focus on shaping strategy, guiding execution through collaboration, and ensuring clients experience us as trusted partners who deeply understand both science and patient reality.
