A leading automotive company in Celaya is seeking a Plant Manager with over 7 years of experience to oversee daily operations of a large facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Lean Principles and engage a diverse workforce to improve plant performance. Fluent English and Spanish are required. This role aims to uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Formación

• 7+ years of related business and managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant activities of 1300+ team member facility, including supervision of salaried staff.
• Champion of plant continuous improvement activities (BOS, Lean, TVM, Kaizen).
• Identify and track key measures to monitor facility/function effectiveness, and set and monitor staff goals and objectives.
• Drive development of facilities processes and future capabilities.
• Ensure all customer requirements are maintained to the highest standard.
• Employee must perform his/her job within acceptable quality, productivity, and performance standards as outlined in plant policies, handbooks, and applicable work instructions.
