BA Global Talent is seeking a remote Designer whose design ability is more important than years of experience. Open to junior or early‑career candidates with strong, proven design competence.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools)
• Experience using social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Professionalism and strong team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• High level of accountability, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Strong visual judgment and accuracy in spelling and written content
• Openness to feedback and ability to adapt to established brand guidelines
• Advanced English proficiency; ability to communicate clearly in writing, including occasional client communication via Slack or messaging tools
• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop
• Must be based in LATAM or The Caribbean
