A leading global consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead the implementation of their Expanded Share Ownership strategy. The role involves engaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring effective change management and communication. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and experience with deferred compensation strategies. Proficiency in English and the ability to work during U.S. hours are essential for this remote position.
We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. Sitting within the Total Rewards function in HR, this role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre‑determined strategy and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation. The role will work with a variety of senior stakeholders, including our internal WTW consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and wider HR.
Shift Timing: be prepared to work U.S. hours.
Work Mode: Remote (work from home)
Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
Experience developing / implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex, global organizations
Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C‑suite)
Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders (including preparation of clear, concise and effective stakeholder materials).
Proactive; takes initiative to solve problems, anticipate challenges and execute tasks
Attention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance with the programs.
English proficiency
Ability to flex work hours to accommodate market transactions during U.S. hours
Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including understanding of union / works council considerations
Experience working in a remote / hybrid manner in a global organization
