What's the role?

We are looking for a Data Operations Project Lead to come join our team!

This person will be responsible for :

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and project reports to effectively manage project
• Liaise with functional groups & global stakeholders to prioritize project execution plan, source management & resource availability
• Manage daily execution of projects to ensure timely delivery with required quality through effective monitoring and control
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Proactively manage change to preserve business plan commitments and ensure timely escalations / mitigations
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems related to projects, processes and team
• Coach, mentor and engage project team to develop competencies
• Ensure adherence to Organizational processes, quality standards and project specifications; and foster a culture of quality and performance
• Identify actions / opportunities for continual improvements and support positive change management
• Ensure timely and appropriate employee performance management and evaluation

Who are you?

Requirements :

• Bachelors in engineering or technical related discipline required
• Additional qualifications / certifications in management preferable
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years' experience in project and people management
• Combination of educational qualification and work experience can be considered for equivalence
• Effective interpersonal communication skills, including presentation, written and verbal
• Good people management and coaching skills
• Proven understanding of technology and work process flows
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal / external groups for effective problem resolution
• Good Process orientation skills with self-initiative to drive continual improvements
