ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior / Lead Data Engineer , you will shape the data foundations that drive advanced analytics and empower millions of people to find jobs worldwide. In this role, you’ll influence large-scale data strategy, work with global teams, and contribute to impactful solutions in a collaborative and innovative culture. With challenging projects, growth opportunities, and a strong engineering community, this is a chance to lead and make a real difference in the data engineering space.

MUST HAVES

• 7+ years experience SQL (Snowflake / Cloud platform : AWS preferred);
• 7+ years of experience Python;
• 7+ years of Tableau experience;
• 7+ years experience in data monitoring and troubleshooting preferred;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• 7+ years workflow orchestration and building end-to-end data pipelines (Airflow, GitHub, etc.);
• 7+ years of strong data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL / ELT frameworks (foundational design for long-term data usage);
• Strong PMO background;
• Self-starter and strong ability to guide / lead self and / or team on projects;
• Ability to strategize and lead complex data analysis, working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand and match their strategic and operational needs;
• Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management (CEO, VP, SVP).
