SUMMARY POSITION
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND STRATEGIES DEVELOPED
Software Development
- Design, develop, and deploy customized software solutions to automate key processes, including billing and KPI reporting.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and capable of handling large volumes of data.
Billing Automation
- Develop a system to automate the billing process for multiple clients.
- Integrate data from diverse sources to ensure accurate invoice generation.
- Ensure compatibility with U.S. based banking systems for invoice dispatch and payments.
- Create customizable billing templates for client-specific requirements.
KPI Reporting and Analytics
- Design and implement real-time dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Employee absenteeism, tardiness, vacations, and leave tracking.
- Shrinkage and workforce utilization.
- Performance metrics for employees, supervisors, and client managers.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Project Management
- Work closely with the Vice President of Operations to align automation initiatives with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and training materials for end-users.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in automation and reporting tools.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or similar).
- Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of API integrations and data exchange protocols.
- Familiarity with financial systems and banking integrations.
- Strong background in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in security practices and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and scalability (AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure).
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and basic financial processes is a plus.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and best practices in software engineering.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, automation, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a contact center or BPO environment is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Project Management
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
