A global technology company is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Mexico City. In this hybrid role, you will manage enterprise accounts, ensuring clients maximize the value of their solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of B2B support experience, preferably in SaaS. Responsibilities include portfolio management, troubleshooting, and delivering training sessions to enhance user adoption.

Formación

  • 3+ years of B2B client support experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to join the team of a major global client. In this role, you’ll manage enterprise accounts, deliver exceptional support, and ensure clients maximize the value of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design search blueprints and dashboards using Boolean logic.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Deliver demos, training sessions, and enablement programs to drive adoption.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of B2B client support experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
