A leading fintech company in Mexico is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients' success with their SaaS product. The role requires maintaining long-term account relationships and developing success plans for customer advocacy. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in client management within the Banking/Financial Services sector and possess excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. This position offers a unique working environment and innovative culture.
