A growing US-based business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work remotely. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating with customers and problem-solving proactively. Responsibilities include answering queries, managing customer interactions, and data entry. Ideal candidates should have strong verbal skills, sales experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers the chance to join a high-demand service industry and work during US business hours.

Formación

  • 1-5 years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong typing skills (50 wpm minimum).
  • Sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications
  • English or Afrikaans accent.
  • Sales experience and comfort.
  • Typing at least 50 words per minute.
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
