Una empresa en Tijuana busca un Supervisor de Servicio al Cliente para gestionar relaciones con clientes estratégicos. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia previa en el sector, habilidades de liderazgo, y dominio del inglés. Se espera que participe activamente en reuniones y auditorías, y colabore con diferentes áreas de la empresa. Además, se requiere disponibilidad para viajar y una fuerte orientación a resultados.
● Manage and develop relationships with strategic accounts in the industrial sector.
● Lead, supervise, and coordinate the assigned team within the Customer Service business unit, ensuring compliance with goals and quality in customer service.
● Ensure compliance with deliverables related to the introduction of new products
● Collaborate with logistics, production, quality, engineering, and finance.
● Prepare performance reports, KPI analysis, and presentation of results.
● Participate in audits, follow-up meetings, and client presentations.
● Coordinate and attend client visits, audits, and sales meetings.
● 4 years of experience as a supervisor or manager, ideally in customer service or account management in the industrial or maquiladora sector.
● Advance english
