Formación

Customer Service Agent – Semibilingüe – CDMX

Position type: Full‑time. Location: CDMX. This role interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems related to the client’s product or services.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls and communicate via the internet.
  • Actively listen, troubleshoot, and provide a great customer experience.
  • Resolve routine problems related to the client’s product or services.
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional tone and manner at all times.
Qualifications
  • Courteous with strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Intermediate‑to‑advanced English proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in call‑center customer service (desired).
  • Ability to work under constant changes, multitask, and adapt to change quickly.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.
  • Patience in all customer contact situations.
  • Shift‑rotation capability as needed.
  • Additional experience/skills may be required based on location/program.
