Job Description

Dow has an opportunity as Customer Manager based in Mexico, with special focus on Energy Efficiency and Consumer Comfort segments into Dow Polyurethanes business.

The incumbent focuses on serving and facilitating the management of medium and large accounts where business has a value added position, mainly on Large Appliances, Footwear and Cold Chain Industries.

The role includes capturing, probing, and identifying sales opportunities with customers, as well overseeing orders and maintenance on customer accounts.

This role also has responsibilities in the areas of assisting customers, delivery solutions and ensuring customers follow established business strategy and Polyurethanes sales practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manages account portfolio, prepares and implements account plans.
  • Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
  • Develops and executes sales / marketing plan, delivering the volume and value.
  • Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales / marketing plan.
  • Leads / conducts negotiations, implements price changes.
  • Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX result.
  • Solid knowledge on commercial tools as CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing and others.
  • Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Business administration or related fields.
  • Master degree desired.
  • Relevant experience dealing with customer relationship and business discipline scenarios.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
  • Languages proficiency : English (Advanced).
  • Previous experience working with polyurethane systems.
  • Experience handling large accounts and contracts.
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
  • Solid networking skills.
