We are looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Latin America to support our brokerage team with CRM management and data entry.

This role is focused on keeping our CRM clean, accurate, and up to date, allowing brokers to stay focused on closing deals. It is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, consistency, and clear expectations.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
  • Enter and update CRM data accurately and consistently
  • Clean and maintain records (duplicates, missing fields, outdated information)
  • Maintain contact, deal, and pipeline data
  • Ensure notes, activities, and deal stages are logged correctly
  • Assist with tagging, categorization, and basic CRM reporting as needed
Operational Support
  • Support brokers with administrative CRM-related tasks
  • Follow documented processes and SOPs for data entry and updates
  • Proactively flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing information
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure data accuracy and timely updates
Working Style
  • Structured and process-driven
  • Responsive and reliable during agreed working hours
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and following SOPs
  • Low-ego, high-accuracy mindset
Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years experience
  • Based in Latin America (preferred for time zone alignment)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks
  • Prior experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work set hours
