Your Role

As Creative Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of research, copywriting, and performance marketing. You’ll uncover audience insights, write the hooks, and craft briefs that guide creative execution — ensuring campaigns resonate and convert.

You’ll :
  • Research audience motivations, objections, and language across platforms
  • Develop creative strategies that drive measurable performance outcomes
  • Write hooks, scripts, and direct-response ad copy
  • Create detailed briefs for editors and designers
  • Analyze campaign data to refine messaging and angles
  • Collaborate with the founder and creative team on strategy
  • Present insights and rationale on occasional client calls
You Bring :
  • Portfolio of direct-response ads with proven results
  • Strong copywriting across hooks, benefits, and CTAs
  • Familiarity with multiple ad formats (UGC, advertorials, unboxing, POV)
  • Analytical mindset to connect data to creative directionComfort in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • DTC or newsletter growth experience (preferred but not required)
Bonus Points :
  • Experience presenting creative ideas to clients
  • Background in B2C, newsletters, or e-commerce campaigns
  • Prior agency experience in direct-response advertising
