A global technology firm located in Mexico is seeking a professional responsible for training and communications design within the supply chain technology organization. This role involves supporting key supply chain tools like Coupa and SAP, emphasizing process efficiency and cost reduction. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with three to five years of relevant business experience. This position offers opportunities for professional development and a collaborative work environment.
JOB SUMMARY. This position will be responsible for training and communications design, development, and implementation for the supply chain technology organization. This includes support for key supply chain tech tools such as Coupa, Per Angusta, Scan Market, and SAP. Our ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the core applications and Procure-to-Pay processes. Experience with digital adoption platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or relevant business field preferred.
Experience in working with Coupa Procure to Pay is preferred - emphasis on supplier onboarding, cxml integration support, and general system administration.
Strong problem solving, analytic, negotiation, project management, and people skills are a must.

Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines. The individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Be accessible to production floor and office staff and to use required office equipment. Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently. This job may require up to 30% travel.
