Responsibilities
The Opportunity

Join our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team as a Cost Model Consolidation Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving profit planning, cost control, and financial transparency across CARICAM countries. This position is key to delivering world-class cost management services, supporting strategic decision-making, and fostering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Model Management: Prepare, maintain, and analyze cost models, monthly forecasts, and Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for CARICAM.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct actuals analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to FP&A leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with HR (Compensation & Benefits), Supply Chain Finance, and Operations to align cost investments, productivity metrics, and financial models.
  • Process Optimization: Drive standardization and continuous improvement of cost processes and models across the region to enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing expense management and cost visibility for CARICAM leadership.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Build detailed cost forecasts by account and cost center; support AOP budget development and model updates.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and on-time delivery; ensure SLA compliance.
  • Business Partnership: Develop strong relationships with commercial finance teams and other GBS locations to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
Your Impact
  • Deliver exceptional service to GBS Finance clients, ensuring timely and accurate cost model consolidation.
  • Provide actionable insights to OU commercial finance teams, supporting cost understanding and decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted business partner by understanding financial objectives and commercial strategies across operating units.
  • Validate cost productivity and ensure alignment with planning models to support P&L performance.
  • Submit monthly deliverables, including depreciation files and flash reports, highlighting key deviations and opportunities.
  • Champion GBS culture, values, and ways of working while fostering collaboration across divisions and geographies.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance, or Cost Management
  • Strong financial acumen with knowledge of PEP finance and P&L drivers
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering strategic change and measurable results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Accounting designation or MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Essbase software is an asset
  • Background in the consumer products industry is preferred
  • Experience in analyzing and forecasting Profit and Loss results
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in multicultural and matrixed environments
  • Familiarity with cost modeling, productivity validation, and budget planning processes
  • Understanding of enterprise-level financial strategy and cross-sector implications
