WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Truth Collective is looking for a Copywriter who is both a strong conceptual thinker and a reliable executor. This role is ideal for someone who can write across formats—especially social and digital—while flexing up into campaign-level and brand-driven thinking when needed.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
  • Core Copywriting & Execution
    • Create, edit, and proofread copy across a wide range of media, including advertising, emails, social media, editorial content, and websites.
    • Write short- and long-form copy to support client campaigns, social content, and digital experiences.
    • Execute copy from established strategies, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.
  • Conceptual & Creative Collaboration
    • Partner with art directors and designers to develop marketing concepts and executions across prescribed media channels.
    • Support senior creatives as part of integrated project teams.
    • Contribute headlines, messaging, and creative ideas that elevate the work while staying grounded in strategy.
  • Quality, Process & Communication
    • Produce error-free copy that adheres to client and Truth Collective style guidelines.
    • Assist in ensuring on-time, high-quality completion of deliverables.
    • Monitor and maintain copy quality across projects.
    • Present work internally and externally to clients, as needed.
    • Act as a liaison with creative teams and other departments to maintain continuity and efficiency.
  • Internal & Agency Support
    • Craft internal, public relations, and agency promotional materials.
    • Contribute to achieving internal goals and KPIs.
    • Uphold Truth Collective's values of generosity, truthfulness, ambition, and energy.
YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
  • A portfolio of conceptual and well-executed copywriting work, ideally including brand or campaign-level examples.
  • Strong command of the English language, including editing and proofreading.
  • Ability to write both short- and long-form copy across channels.
  • Experience collaborating closely with designers and creative teams.
  • Comfort using Mac OS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to accelerate creativity and workflow.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with manager-level clients.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience adapting tone and voice across a range of brands and emotional registers.
  • Familiarity with campaign-level brand thinking beyond day-to-day execution.
  • Interest in mentoring or supporting junior creatives over time.
