The Opportunity

The Cntrl & Rpt Analyst provides operational and analytical support across different finance processes, helping teams absorb workload peaks, cover temporary vacancies, and ensure continuity of month‑end close and reporting activities. This role offers flexible support across areas such as Intercompany, Reporting, Fixed Assets, Payroll Allocations, and General Ledger, depending on business needs.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to quickly learn new processes. Strong coordination skills and the ability to work under pressure during close periods are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Support various finance teams (Intercompany, Reporting, GL, Fixed Assets, etc.) during peak periods or staffing gaps.
  • Perform data validations, reconciliations, and checks to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with month‑end close activities, including journal entries, uploads, schedules, and variance explanations.
  • Provide support with Intercompany processes: reviewing charges, assisting with reconciliations, and following up with markets.
  • Support the preparation of reports, trackers, and analysis required by management.
  • Help document processes and keep SOPs updated when temporary ownership of tasks is assigned.
  • Collaborate with teams across different countries to resolve open items and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, RTR, or shared service center roles.
  • Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Intercompany, GL, and reconciliation processes is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support different processes as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight month‑end deadlines.
  • Organized, responsible, and proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills.
Language
  • Intermediate English level required (able to communicate through email and calls).
