A leading technology company in Mexico is seeking a Contract Manager to create and manage business contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a strong background in contract management and MIS analysis. Responsibilities include responding to stakeholders and maintaining records for various projects. This position offers a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

Formación

  • Prior experience in handling contractual administration tasks in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects.

Responsabilidades

  • Create, store, manage, revise, and track progress around formal business contracts.
  • Respond to customers, sales team and other stakeholders.
  • Generate and maintain all process-related MIS data.

Required Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish), facilitating clear and open communication at all levels of the corporation (sales, operations, finance & Legal)
  • Contract management experience.
  • Prior experience in handling contractual administration tasks in a technology driven environment (agreement review, analysis, and validation, drafting amendments) will be strongly desirable.
  • Ability to understand the contractual terms.
  • MIS Analytical skills & Attention to detail
  • Maintain the quality standards (Kaizen) with a solution driven mindset
  • Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross‑functional projects.
  • SalesForce, CPQ, Vector experience preferred.
Tasks
  • Create, store, manage, revise, and track progress around formal business contracts
  • Respond to customers, sales team and other stake holders
  • Manage and maintain the records and reconcile and handling ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Generate and maintain all process related MIS data. Manages ad‑hoc reporting requests and manages reporting for the team.

Location: Paseo de la Reforma $26

Schedule: Mondat to Friday (Business Hours)
