The role involves analyzing and enhancing business processes, leading training workshops, and coordinating CI projects. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, with 2-5 years of experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing. Formación

• 2 - 5 years as Continuous Improvement position.
• May be trained in Lean Six Sigma.
• Specialized in business process analysis and reengineering.

Responsabilidades

• Foster and deliver training in CI workshops.
• Program and coordinate CI workshops.
• Lead CI projects with financial responsibilities.
• Participate actively in Lean Manufacturing trainings.

Job Summary

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes, developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements. Researches best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost to determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May be trained in Lean Six Sigma and specialized in areas such as business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster and deliver training in CI workshops.
• Program and coordinate CI workshops.
• Lead CI projects with the responsibles of the financial benefit.
• Participate actively in the activities Lean Manufacturing trainings.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years as Continuous Improvement position
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge
• Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) preferred
