Job Summary

At HRICSearch | Reclutamiento Ejecutivo, we are looking for a Country HR Manager. Its a confidential search for an organization that moves fast, works across cultures, and needs someone with good judgment, structure, and the ability to support both people and operations in key moments.

The CountryHR Manager is responsible for leading human resources operations in our Guadalajara office, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving strategic HR initiatives in a bilingual work environment, while also overseeing HR data integrity, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate is both people‑centric and data‑driven, with a passion for building scalable systems and empowering high‑performing teams. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English to effectively manage diverse teams and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and HR policies.
  • Support managing HR data, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data.
  • Manage GDL vendor relationships (e.g., benefits, payroll. Etc.)
  • Assists with audits and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
  • Support leadership in organizational development and change management.
  • Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and team development.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate HR and local teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain HR metrics and reporting for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in business administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in an international or bilingual setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
