We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms and build strategic partnerships with trading industry influencers. Social Media Management (70%)
Platform Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Discord, and Twitch
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform's unique audience and best practices
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with community members across all channels in a timely and authentic manner
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Content Creation
- Record and edit short-form videos and interviews during offline events, conferences, and meetups

Community Building

Influencer Partnership Development (30%)
- Research and identify relevant trading industry influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in the LATAM market
- Develop and maintain a database of potential influencer partners with audience analysis and engagement metrics
- Proactively prospect and initiate contact with influencers aligned with brand values and target demographics
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams

Campaign Execution
- Brief influencers on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and key messages

Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Experience with trading, finance, or fintech brokers is highly desired.
- Language & Market: Mandatory bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), coupled with strong cultural awareness for the LATAM markets.
