A community-based events brand seeks a part-time Community Engagement Specialist to connect with members and foster genuine relationships. Responsibilities include engaging with community members through DMs and inviting them to events. Ideal candidates are highly organized, socially adept, and possess strong written communication skills. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the potential for growth in the role. About the Company

This is a part-time position for a fast-growing, community-based events brand. The Community hosts transformational gatherings in Austin for entrepreneurs, creators, and conscious leaders. Their events are all about meaningful connection, great energy, and smooth execution — creating spaces where inspiring people come together to grow, connect, and thrive.

Latin America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Reach out to people via DMs in a thoughtful, human way
  • Engage daily with creators, community members, and aligned accounts
  • Invite people to events, gatherings, and community moments
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and story replies
  • Keep the community warm, present, and alive online
  • Track conversations and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Communicate closely with the core team to align on priorities and events
  • Time commitment starts at ~10 hours/week, with room to grow if it’s a great mutual fit.
