Una empresa farmacéutica busca un Gerente Sr de Comunicaciones y Defensa del Paciente para desarrollar e implementar estrategias integradas de comunicación. El candidato ideal tiene al menos 5 años de experiencia en el sector, habilidades de negociación y una licenciatura en un campo relacionado. Se espera que gestione campañas de concientización, colabore con diversas partes interesadas y administre planes de comunicación interna, contribuyendo a promover los objetivos comerciales.

Formación

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia estratégica y operativa en comunicaciones y defensa.
  • Habilidades de gestión de presupuestos y conocimientos de ejecución son imprescindibles.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en áreas funcionales.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de comunicación y defensa del paciente.
  • Gestionar campañas de concientización sobre enfermedades y coordinar con diferentes equipos.
  • Realizar seguimiento a acuerdos con terceros y crear informes de gastos.

Summary

The Communications & Patient Advocacy Sr Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated 360 communication and patient advocacy initiatives for the key therapeutic areas.
They will also lead both internal and external communication activities and create meaningful strategies to help engage internal and external stakeholders such as patient advocacy groups, media, KOLs, scientific societies, policy makers among others, through diverse of channels.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive external communication and patient advocacy strategies that enhance the company’s key priorities.
  • Act as a strategic business partner bringing to the life a predictive and enterprise mindset, data and trends approach, KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Oversee the company’s disease awareness campaigns and coordinate with marketing, medical and public affairs teams to ensure synergic alignment with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Keep alive the TA conversation though the year in media and with Patient Advocacy groups through a compelling strategic and tactical plan planning and execution.
  • Manage agencies and other external vendors to secure maximum return on investment, impact measurement, operational excellence and business impact.
  • Management of internal communication plans and associate engagement strategies linked with the TA in partnership with the Internal Comms team.
  • Manage day-to-day strategic and operational business matters, including budget and resource allocation tracking; follow-up to third parties’ agreements; create and implement the local communication governance and report to the local and regional teams the transfer of value expenses according to the timelines.
  • Deploy Patient Advocacy strategy in alignment with business and corporate priorities, ensuring integration of patient’s insights / voice across the board.
  • Manage the implementation of Communication policies, trainings and processes to ensure consistency of Novartis brand position.
  • Participate in local relevant TA meetings acting as a key partner, advisor and developer for Comms and Advocacy strategies in line with the business needs.
  • At least 5 years of strategic and operational experience in communications, advocacy, ideally from a Pharma background.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations is required. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • negotiation skills and budget execution knowledge is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (In Spanish and English)
  • Ability to work independently and with peers at across functional areas.
