A financial services company in Mexico City is seeking a Collection Team Leader to manage the team of collection agents. You'll ensure daily operations meet company standards and develop new strategies for improved collection rates. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within collections and strong skills in coaching, performance management, and communication. The primary goal of the Collections Team Leader is to oversee and guide the team of collection agents, ensuring that daily operations are executed efficiently and effectively in line with company standards. This role involves supervising the team's performance, supporting adherence to collection protocols, and fostering a high-performing environment. Additionally, the leader will develop and implement new strategies and innovative approaches to improve collection rates, enhance team productivity, and maximize recoveries. By continuously analyzing operational processes and exploring new opportunities, the role aims to drive ongoing improvements and ensure the team contributes positively to the company's financial goals.
