A leading medical solutions provider is seeking a sales and clinical support professional in Mexico City. The role involves executing sales plans, providing clinical and training support for coronary products, and building relationships with healthcare stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The position requires 60%-80% travel and expertise in problem-solving and negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Cath Lab or Cardiovascular experience.
  • Strong clinical aptitude.
  • Problem solving and the ability to be coached and directed by other teammates will allow collaboration and success in selling IVUS, DES, balloons and the full bag of specialty products.
  • Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • Executes key account plans to achieve & deliver sales quota and overall goals.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long‑term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals & distributors.
  • Coordinates with the back‑office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance etc..) to resolve customer requests.
  • English (medium to advanced level) spoken and written.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (medicine, college degree, sales experience, Biomechanical engineer, nurse. Other careers are accepted as long as the candidate complies with the profile of the position.)
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • This position requires 60% to 80% of travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in execution of pro‑active regional plan that involves clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and increase quality of service to customers.
  • Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage and customer training.
  • Attends cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our coronary products. Represents IC field organization during designated BSC clinic lab days.
  • Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms. Provide supplemental training support during product launches and for high touch specialty products (filter wire / Rotablator / CTO / Precision PCI).
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one‑on‑one training sessions, in‑service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions (especially training, troubleshooting and general case support for iLab hardware / IVUS).
  • Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent’s work and by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
  • Assist in the development of the training plans/materials. This includes but is not limited to: hands‑on training such as simulated procedures, as well as training materials development and preparation.
  • Collaborates with the Territory Manager and third‑party channels on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.
