A dynamic education solutions firm seeks a Chief of Staff to drive learning innovation while accelerating revenue growth. We are seeking a skilled Chief of Staff with strong business analysis experience and a passion for learning & development to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving learning innovation, accelerating revenue growth, and enabling founder leverage as the company scales. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver custom enterprise learning solutions, scale operations, and free up founders to focus on strategic growth.
Design and structure custom learning modules (~50% of role): synthesize complex organizational challenges into engaging, actionable learning experiences; over time own end to end design from client discovery through to final delivery, working directly with the CoFounder (Learning Design) and Fortune500 L&D teams.
Support revenue growth (~3040% of role): execute strategic sales operations including lead generation, pipeline management, mid-funnel activities and client followup; identify high value opportunities, ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Enable founder leverage (~1020% of role): own critical business operations such as procurement, invoicing, special projects, operational process improvements; serve as the operational backbone freeing up founders.
Shape client relationships: partner with founders on client calls, then drive projects forward independently; manage stakeholder expectations, deliver solutions that create measurable impact.
Build founder-level judgment: gain exposure across product strategy, sales, operations and delivery in a growth-stage ed-tech business; take ownership and decision-making authority, not just observation.
Continuously improve: proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve learning design methods, enhance commercial workflows and contribute to strategic planning.
Up to ~5 years of professional experience (earlycareer), preferably with a background as a business analyst or consultant at a toptier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent.
Strong analytic problemsolving skills: able to deconstruct ambiguous challenges, build clear frameworks, synthesize complexity into clarity (McKinseylevel thinking applied to L&D).
Genuine enthusiasm for learning & development: you believe in the power of corporate learning, have some prior exposure or interest in L&D, training or educational/organizational development.
Exceptional organisational ability: adept at juggling multiple workstreams concurrently, proactively prioritising, and delivering without dropping balls; highly proactive in reaching out for help when needed.
Low ego, high ownership mindset: willing to execute across strategic and tactical work, from higlevel design to detailed execution, and comfortable doing whatever it takes to move the business forward.
Client-ready presence from day one: able to engage with enterprise stakeholders, articulate ideas clearly and authentically, handle ambiguity and think on your feet.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus (but not mandatory if other LATAM country).
Comfortable working remotely in a LATAM timezone and collaborating across timezones with US-based founders/clients.
Prior exposure to enterprise learning design, instructional design or corporate training environments (even if short-term or as part of another role).
Experience working with pipeline/sales operations, procurement, invoicing or operational process improvements in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with ed-tech, small-group live learning formats, or the no instructor model (advantageous but not required).
Based in Mexico (preferred) or other politically/economically stable LATAM country (e.g., Chile, Brazil).
Track record of working in fast-paced environments where context switching and high-stakes multitasking were the norm.
