This is not a traditional CMO role. Your mission is to architect and build an agent-powered growth department from the ground up. Each of the 8 marketing pillars under your ownership will be transformed through AI agents and smart, personalized automation. You won’t just manage marketing – you’ll engineer it. The goal: a lean, intelligent system where agents handle execution while humans focus on strategy and creativity.
You're an AI geek. Not just someone who uses AI tools – you build with them. You’ve gotten your hands dirty creating agents, workflows, and automation systems. You understand prompts, APIs, integrations, and how to connect systems together. While you’ll have the support of an expert developer, you’re a builder at heart – you can prototype, test, and iterate without waiting for someone else to make it happen.
You’ll lead a small, tight‑knit "human in the loop" team that shares your mindset. We’re not building a large department – we’re building a smart one. Everyone on the team is hands‑on, curious, and comfortable working alongside AI systems. You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO on strategy and execution.
