As a CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, you will develop, accompany and enhance change management capabilities to promote the adoption of the company's strategic projects!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of strategic changes from planning, design, implementation, follow‑up and evaluation of results.
• Identify key partners, conduct group impact analysis, and evaluate readiness for change.
• Act as a mentor to senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
• Analyze and manage content for the various communication channels based on the diagnoses made by impacted audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or commercial operation, design and project implementation.
• BA degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or Industrial Engineering.
• Methodology for the construction of solutions, ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
• Knowledge of digital tools in the formation of groups, and project management tools.
• English language proficiency.
