A leading medical technology company in Mexico City is seeking a team manager to lead and coach territory/account managers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, and experience in the medical devices industry. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, promoting products, and supporting the team in complex sales situations. This role requires approximately 50% travel.

Formación

• Minimum progressive sales experience required.
• Prior experience in the surgery room is a plus.
• Availability to travel around 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of territory/account managers to achieve goals.
• Coach and support the team in sales activities.
• Promote the product portfolio to customers.
