A healthcare company is rapidly expanding its team and seeking full-time call center patient advocates. This remote role requires experience with Medicare or Medicaid, excellent English communication, and a drive to succeed. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, and able to handle a high volume of calls, making over 150 dials daily. Competitive compensation includes paid training and bonuses based on performance. The position is preferred to be based in Tijuana, B.C.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to patients and pharmacies.
• Interact with patients, doctors, and pharmacies.
• Provide support as a call center patient advocate.

Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Pharmacy insurance

Excellent English verbal and written communication

Requirements

• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, or Pharmacy insurance populations
• Pharmacy Tech, Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Engagement Specialist or Community Health Worker Experience
• High volume of daily outbound cold calls throughout the U.S.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Interactions with patients, doctors and pharmacies
• You must have energy, confidence, passion and be outgoing!
• Ability to make 150+ dials / day.
• You must love to win.
• Must thrive on success.
