A customer service company is looking for Call Center Sales Agents in Puebla. As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will answer outbound calls to assist customers with their orders and inquiries. Applicants should have 1-3 years experience in a call center role, fluent English skills, and strong data entry abilities. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of 60MXN per hour and up to 40 hours of work per week.

Formación

• Fluent English speaking is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Agent or relevant role.

WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER SALES AGENTS

You will be answering outbound calls to customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering outbound calls
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
• Identify and escalated issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Upsell products and services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent English speaking is required
• Proven work experience as a Sales Agent or relevant role
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
• Should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone

Survey Campaign / Energy Campaign

Salary: 60MXN / hr

Days of Operation: 5 days a week up to 40 hours a week.
