Formación

Overview:

We are seeking a Business Unit Director to lead a dynamic and fast-growing financial operation in the US. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a solid background in operations and financial products. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring efficiency, and aligning business activities with overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage business unit operations to achieve strategic targets.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with headquarters.
  • Oversee compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and attend periodic meetings in the U.S.
  • Manage cross-border communication and ensure fluent English delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process innovation and implement performance KPIs.
  • Represent the company in client and partner interactions when needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, financial services, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and financial performance.
  • Starting salary range from: 80,000 pesos per month (gross)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in English.
  • Experience with financial products or fintech operations is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-border or U.S corporate environments.
  • Willing to travel to the U.S. as required.
