Position Summary

You will lead Business Intelligence (BI) efforts in Mexico to turn data into clear, trusted insights. You will work with commercial, medical, and operations teams to build dashboards, reports and analytics that guide decisions. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead the design and delivery of BI and SFE for High Specialty at GSK, driving data‑led decision making and sales performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Brand Leads, Medical, Market Access and Commercial Operations, translating data into go‑to‑market decisions.
  • Lead, develop and coach a multidisciplinary analytics team and drive regional adoption and governance of analytics solutions.
  • Ensure integrity, traceability and quality of core biopharma data sources (CRM/Veeva, prescription and claims, third party market data, market research, clinical data sets).
  • Define, report and track commercial and clinical commercial KPIs (sales, market share, Total Addressable Market, campaign uplift, adherence/persistence). Measure Return of Investment of Salesforce Effectiveness initiatives and translate findings into prioritized recommendations and business cases.
  • Design and implement simple, lifecycle appropriate call plans, account prioritization, territory design, quotas and compliant incentive schemes to maximize coverage and access.
Basic Qualification
  • Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and sales force effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing BI tools (Power BI) and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, territory management, and incentive compensation models.
  • Proficiency in data analytics platforms and CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA or equivalent.
Work Model

This position is hybrid. You will be based in Mexico with a mix of office and remote work. Some travel within Mexico may be required to meet stakeholders.
