As a Business Finance Specialist, you will serve as a key financial partner to our plant and cluster operations, providing analytical, reporting, and operational support across three clusters. Your main responsibilities include:
- Provide financial support and business partnering to assigned clusters.
- Analyze inventory and materials accounts impacting P&L and balance sheet.
- Manage and monitor plant inventories, including variance analysis, physical inventory execution, and reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and optimize financial performance reports.
- Translate financial results into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities, supporting issue resolution and managing escalations when needed.
- Collaborate with plant finance teams to improve processes and standardize practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams across business units.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in financial roles such as controlling, cost analysis, plant finance, or similar.
- Plant experience in financial or operational environments (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of operational processes and their financial impacts.
- Experience managing plant inventories, variance analysis, and physical inventory processes.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
