A leading environmental solutions provider is seeking a Business Manager in Mexico to develop and expand the market for water treatment and waste disposal projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, fluency in Spanish and Chinese, and prior experience in B2B sales. Responsibilities include establishing client relationships, understanding local market demands, and providing market analysis. This role requires excellent teamwork, resilience, and the willingness to travel as needed.

Develop and expand the market for Water Treatment / Medical Waste Disposal / Hazardous Waste Treatment / other environmental protection projects in the local market, establishing and maintaining client relationships.
Understand local environmental policies, market demands, and industry trends to formulate market development strategies.
Identify potential clients and promote the signing of cooperation agreements and long‑term contracts.
Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (technical, after‑sales, operations) to enhance customer experience and improve market competitiveness.
Participate in industry exhibitions, forums, and related events to increase brand awareness and explore potential business opportunities.
Develop sales plans and achieve performance targets.
Provide regular market analysis, customer insights, and competitor evaluations to support business strategy adjustments.
Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
Language : Fluency in Spanish+ Chinese.
Prior experience in engineering, environmental engineering or environmental technology solutions is preferred.
Prior experience in Water Treatment / Medical Waste Disposal / Hazardous Waste Treatment is preferred.
Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable, especially in business negotiations, client development, and channel expansion.
Excellent teamwork, resilience, and self-motivation; willingness to travel abroad when required.
