Formación

Position Title: Business Development Manager

Salary Range: 2000-3000+

Remote Work/Work from Home

Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential agents (such as Twitch streamers and sports bloggers), negotiate and secure long-term CPS partnerships.
  • Provide promotional materials and assist established agents in promoting their products on X, Twitch, Instagram, and Kick.
Requirements
  • College degree or above (marketing, business management, or related majors preferred).
  • Experience in business development, marketing, or the gaming industry, with familiarity with the Mexican market.
  • Experience working with influencers on Twitch, X, or Instagram preferred.
  • Fluent English is a plus (favors international collaboration).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently negotiating with high-net-worth general agents.
  • Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, and able to meet monthly targets.
  • Teamwork ethic, with a focus on resource pooling and efficient execution.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the continuous discovery and relationship building of Mexican influencers (KOLs & KOCs), and accountable for the results achieved;
  2. Conduct data analysis on the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns to optimize ROI;
  3. Build a database of influencers in specific verticals based on business objectives, explore various forms of collaboration, and plan and execute them;
  4. Conduct market analysis and competitive research, collect user feedback, and optimize KOL marketing strategies;
Job Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in KOL operations in the Mexican market;
  2. Possess Mexican KOL/MCN resources and a solid methodology, be proficient in Spanish, and be fluent in English (listening, reading, and writing) for use as a working language;
  3. Ability to plan and write content, and ensure video quality control;
  4. Excellent communication skills and techniques, clear goals, and strong execution;
  5. Familiarity with internet marketing is a plus.
