As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Your ultimate goal will be to generate qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring they have a robust pipeline to convert into clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Identification : Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Lead Qualification : Assess potential clients to ensure they meet criteria for the sales pipeline and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • CRM Management : Log all interactions in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for prospects and leads.
  • Nurture Relationships : Build trust and rapport with prospects through consistent and personalized follow-ups.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Market Feedback : Provide insights on market trends, customer pain points, and areas of opportunity to help shape future strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience : 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or construction industry.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Proactive Attitude : A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and online research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Results-Driven : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Adaptability : Ability to handle objections and think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Team Player : Willingness to collaborate across teams and contribute to overall business success.
  • Languages : Fluent English is a requirement / Spanish is preferred but not required
