About the Role : What you'll do :

Data Extraction & Reporting- Run and maintain reports using MicroStrategy, SAP, and Advanced Excel to gather data on sales, performance, and incentives.

  • Use tools such as Excel and MicroStrategy to manage and manipulate data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and automate dashboards and recurring reporting tools to ensure timely access to KPIs and business metrics.

Promotional & Incentive Analysis- Analyze the performance of promotions and incentive programs across the Americas region, including Latin and North America, to identify key success factors and areas for improvement.

Programs Data Analysis- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support the design of more effective promotional strategies based on data insights.

  • Support the Programs team by analyzing incentive results against pre-established success factors and identifying key participation trends and ROI.
  • Document findings and performance metrics in established tracking systems to ensure consistency and visibility of results.

Sales Performance Monitoring- Track sales trends across markets, product categories, and leader segments.

  • Support leadership with deep-dive revenue-based analyses to identify underperforming segments, markets, or product lines.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve field effectiveness, with a focus on uncovering growth opportunities among sales leaders.
  • Monitor and evaluate subscription performance, identifying churn trends, retention drivers, and opportunities to grow recurring revenue.

Forecasting & Launch Planning- Contribute to sales forecasting models, particularly for new product launches and high-impact campaigns.

  • Support resource allocation and inventory planning by providing data-driven projections.
  • Supports in the analysis of portfolio performance to understand areas of improvement.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Support- Partner with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and customer service to support ongoing initiatives and projects.

  • Present findings clearly through reports, charts, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Help drive data literacy and performance culture across the organization.
What you'll need :
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, ideally in a direct selling, multilevel marketing (MLM), or consumer goods environment.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (written and verbal) — this is a requirement due to the cross-regional nature of the role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros, advanced formulas).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus points for :
  • Prior experience in the direct selling industry or similar distributor-based business model.
  • Familiarity with SQL and / or Python for querying and automating data processes.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy and SAP systems.
  • Understanding of basic statistical or forecasting techniques.
  • Experience collaborating with international and multicultural teams
